Cancellations & refunds
Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to delivery. Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Physical items can be refunded (minus shipping) if returned in their original condition. Physical items can also be refunded or replaced if they do not arrive, or if they arrive damaged.
Digital items cannot be cancelled or refunded once they're delivered.
